Rob discusses the spirits encountered inside the historic building, the role mediums and paranormal technology played in the investigation, and how dowsing rods and other equipment were used alongside Rob's impressions as a medium.
The investigation even included an unexpected spirit message for one of the participants and an attempt to help an earthbound ghost cross over.

🏨 The Stanley Hotel Experience
One of Nick and Kendra's earliest paranormal experiences happened at the legendary Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, Colorado.
During a nearly empty winter stay on the reportedly haunted fourth floor, they experienced something they still can't fully explain.
In the middle of the night, they heard what sounded like children laughing and running through the hallway.
When they opened the door?
Nobody was there.
That experience helped inspire them to take paranormal investigating more seriously and eventually build 3rd Palm Paranormal.
🌑 The Terrifying Third Bridge Story
One of the creepiest stories of the episode comes from Colorado's infamous Third Bridge.
During a late-night visit, Nick and his friends stood in the darkness listening to what sounded like distant drumming across the plains.
Then things became even stranger.
They thought they saw shadowy figures moving through the darkness.
When they decided they had experienced enough and tried to leave, their car wouldn't start.
Eventually, they escaped.
Then someone looked through the rear window.
The glass was fogged over...
except for two unexplained handprints.
Nope.
Absolutely nope.

What happens when paranormal experiences begin before you're even old enough to understand them?
On this episode of Dairyland Frights, John welcomes Rodmonh, a Florida-based experiencer, musician, and paranormal enthusiast whose encounters with the unexplained stretch back to early childhood. Rodman shares stories of premonitions, apparitions, strange spiritual connections, haunted locations, and experiences that have left him searching for answers throughout his life.
👻 A Terrifying Childhood Encounter
Rodmonh says his first unusual experience happened when he was only two years old. While riding in the backseat of his parents' car, he suddenly screamed and pointed ahead moments before witnessing a fatal motorcycle accident—an experience that made his parents wonder whether their son was sensing something they couldn't.
A few years later, his family converted an old blue school bus into an RV. On his first night sleeping inside, Rodman says an elderly woman appeared at the end of his bunk bed.
That apparition became the beginning of a year-long nightmare.
For roughly twelve months, Rodmonh says he experienced the same disturbing recurring dream involving a dark conveyor belt, frightening sounds, and the mysterious woman appearing at the end. The experiences abruptly stopped after his family moved out of the bus.
🔮 Premonitions That Became Reality
As Rodmonh grew older, the experiences became even harder to dismiss.
He recounts having a vivid premonition involving a child riding a bicycle while carrying a Halloween ghost bank. The following day, a boy carrying that same type of bank entered his father's jewelry store, bought baseball cards, talked excitedly about winning a new bicycle—and was later struck by a vehicle after leaving the store.
The experience left Rodmonh wrestling with questions about premonitions, responsibility, and whether knowing something might happen means you can—or should—try to change it.

Rodmonh also discusses moments when information seems to arrive through what he describes as a deep internal knowing.
In one powerful story, he felt compelled late at night to send someone an unexpected message telling them how loved and important they were. The person immediately responded and told Rodmonh the message had arrived during an extremely serious personal crisis. The experience changed the way Rodman views—and responds to—his intuition.
Rodmonh also shares his belief in spirit guides and explains why he connects spiritually with what he calls the Great Spirit, looking toward nature, animals, synchronicities, and signs for guidance.

Rodmonh describes visiting Pennhurst Asylum and experiencing an overwhelming shift after crossing into the Mayflower basement. He says the atmosphere suddenly felt as though he had entered an entirely different time period.

⚰️ The Haunted Funeral Home
One of Rodmonh's most frightening stories goes back to childhood.
His grandparents were in the funeral home business, and their house doubled as a funeral home, complete with a mortuary area in the basement.
While spending the night, young Rodmonh slept in a room containing a full-sized suit of armor. After the lights went out, he says he heard metal clanging—and then watched the armored figure begin walking toward his bed.
Even more unsettling?
When his mother rushed into the room, she asked him what had made the clanging noise.
